In both places Helsinki and Espoo , focus and Jordi Jose each of the workshops in an element of Chinese medicine and its related organs, meridians and emotions. Feel the deep connection in Yin Yoga postures combined with the gentle touch of Reiki and get an immersion well, an opening in your body and mind and get a powerful experience.
Yin Yoga is a practice that is deep positions are mainly in the soil, through which get stimulate, restore and expand the range of motion connective tissue.
Reiki is a Japanese technique in which, by the hands of a Reiki therapist, transmitting vital energy.
Combining Yin Yoga & Reiki helps to restore balance to the body, mind and spirit and to release emotions and increase body flexibility.
* All workshops are available separately or combined together . There are no prerequisites for Yoga and Reiki.
* The workshops are taught in English.
