Yin Yoga with Reiki in these 5 workshops and therapeutic health improvements, both physical, mental and emotional vitality and liberate you increase the internal capacity.
These workshops have a specific purpose in each case. Working some emotions, some bodies, some diseases and some specific aspirations in each of them. We focus, in each of the workshops, an element (earth, metal, water, wood and fire) of China Medicine, we provide a theoretical and practical explanation of its meaning, its potential disharmony and harmony with nature.
* To attend any of the workshops is not necessary to be initiated / or Reiki or have done Yoga before.
Hours:
Friday: 17.30h to 20h (land)
Saturday: 10am to 24:30 (metal) and 17.30h to 20h (water)
Sunday: 10am to 24:30 (wood) and 17.30h to 20h (fire)
Price:
Each session: 50 €
Intensive: 200 €
