This kind of Yin & Yang Yoga , you will feel, experience and practice a sequence of poses tailored to your needs and goals.
begin with a meditation on consciousness, you connect with yourself and forget the outside world. Then you relax completely in charge and the Yin Yoga session that stretch, open and stimulate the joints and connective tissues of the hips, legs, lower back and torso. From this sequence you wake up and refresh deep with a dynamic session Yang Yoga (influenced by Vini, Anusara and Vinyasa Yoga.) Through a flowing sequence and synchronized breathing to improve strength and flexibility of the back the abdomen, arms and legs. At the end you will enjoy the energy effects on a well deserved break and finish with a brief meditation reflection.
Although this class is open to anyone who wants to deepen and personalize their practice of Yoga, is particularly suitable for those who have completed the workshop 'Anatomy for Yoga' and want to practice with 8 joints in positions.
