mid-April was held the 3rd plenary the AGTCAP in the autonomous city of Buenos Aires. Around 100 different delegadxs Cooperatives, productive enterprises and self-managed spaces agreed on a plan to fight for decent work that included recognition of the AGTCAP by ANSES , removal of the incompatibility between the Universal for Child (AUH) and recovery of Social Plans, and the federalization and deployment of the Cooperative Plan "Argentina Work."
On Monday April 25 delegadxs across the country marched to the Ministry of Labor's Office to demand union status and advance the discussion on the statement of protest. In the absence of will and lack of effective engagement, the AGTCAP decided to continue and deepen the fight plan. In Rosario, Coordinator of unemployed workers (CTD) "Anibal Veron" cut and camped on the highway Rosario-Buenos Aires, while the June 26 Movement (M26) together with Federation of Organizations of Base (FOB) and Itatí Movement in Struggle (MIL) marched through the center of Rosario and cut Av Belgrano front of the Monument to the Flag.
The march through downtown streets escrache different state agencies. From Plaza Sarmiento, mobilization complained to the Rosario Reference Center of the Ministry of Social Development of the Nation and Management of Employment and Vocational Training Ministry of Labour Nation the incompatibility of the AUH and Social Plans and the federalization of the Plan "Argentina Work."
