CNT requires ending the precariousness of collaborative scholarship at the University of Valencia
• On 14 April, was the union section of CNT in Quality Unit of the University of Valencia.
• Table
protest requires the abolition of grants that cover an employment relationship, the implementation of the Convention for other series of improvements in the conditions of those carrying out the task framed within the needs of the University in the teaching evaluation.
• We are waiting for a month to meet with the principal's office and / or management.
• Other unions with a presence in the University have already secured their support to the claims of scholars.
• Section CNT union defends the decisions of the Assembly of Fellows has been formed recently in the Quality Unit.
What do we do? We
passes surveys and questionnaires related to the quality of teaching, and refer to the Quality Unit, four other scholars most involved in coordinating the service. This is the only job we have done, and the same, there is nothing training. This contradicts the very purpose of the collaboration grants referred to in the first paragraph of art. 1 of the Rules of Fellowships from the University of Valencia, under which these tasks have "intended to supplement the academic training and facilitate entry into the workplace through practical activities and training."
For this reason we believe that the functions we perform for the University of Valencia under the working staff, particularly Assistant Services provided in the Catalog of Functions of the Second Working Staff Collective Agreement Valencian Universities (Approved CIEV 9.7 .97).
In turn, the performance of this work involves costs, which are of our own, as the costs of coordination of the assessments paid interns with our mobile phones or personal allowances.
What this means for us?
The non-recognition of our workforce condition implies that we are not being applied the rules for this category, this entails:
• Charging less wages than we should for the work they do.
• The labor helplessness, not to recognize the right to form trade unions or to strike.
• Non-Social Security contribution.
• Denial of the right to receive training, assistance and welfare benefits.
• The systematic violation of Article 35 of the Statute of Workers'

view of the facts we propose the following TABLE Vindicated: 1.The
Fellows are recognized quality program in the teaching of Personal Labour status under the Convention of Working Staff of the Community Public Universities Valenciana. This entails:
a) The recognition of our right to association and to strike.

c) The Social Security contribution, being in charge of the University of Valencia, 100% of quota. 2.What
