This part of the year that I like to call "pre-season coach," begins with players, fans, parents .... all that is known as "environment" of the team begins the holiday and relax in a tough season. This phase is where the coach has enjoyed his annual leave 2-3 days real. I say
real vacation because it's time the coach can be as much without thinking about basketball. It is true that in this time period we are not sitting on the bench or conducting training sessions, or even watching games (some) ... But on this day when we met with athletic directors (other than just rest) to talk about making template, possible training dates, actual start of spring training, economic issues ....
are many factors that are discussed in this period of time between that last game is finished and starts next year's preseason. In my case the first thing I did was specify which team would train, and from there begin plan with the knowledge of the players the tactical plan to develop, produce an attack (looks at basic concepts of free play and the more structured systems that will play) analysis that we come best defenses in terms of staff and the competition, strengths and weaknesses of the workforce, the chronology of the season ..... These decisions in my opinion 80 percent underpin the success or failure of the year.
Last year around this time I did the same job and it turned out an almost complete failure in my new club, not the sports scores that were not bad, just lost a match against a team that could win, but because it turned out end before Christmas (do not eat the nougat in my dictionary and it means something more than a portal frame) and that's a failure for a coach, despite the abnormal circumstances that led to (someday speak here of power sports undeserved some players or players who make and permit)
this year played a new project, the planning step of preparing a senior female to make a first-year junior male. Month and a half I have left to start the season (I'm struggling because it is only a month) and I still have much work to get the first train with all the work to make clear to get down to work. I do not lack enthusiasm and win either.
