Lesson 2: What good is collective tactics if no individual basis?
In my experience this year in the junior team have undergone a significant change to switch categories senior to categories, say, training.
The greatest basketball kick this change has made has given this year has been to propose a series of systems to a computer that had little tactical game based on the individual level. It is true that complex systems were nothing but players who can not move in free play with concepts and basic rules at the tactical level, for many blocks or cuts they do make are never going to be able to read benefits, or generate, or even double passes because they will not know placed in the field.
Given that basketball is the basis of individual skills, art I try to devote 50% of the time of the training, tactics individual must be my second board, you should know how to read a penetration, such as running around the track in open country, respect the space of play .... A lot of things of vital importance this year ignored earlier this season and paid my team measured the year when I realized I had to change my philosophy and begin to focus on a simple reading of situations and work with the kids.
Now the computer runs much better on offense know to register and to some extent know the basics of basketball in the middle level. My next goal is to give more velovidad run, they are able to apply what they learn at a high rate. For
the latter objective pose 4C4 or 5v5 game with 15 seconds possessions, superiority exercises with 10 or 7 seconds to launch ... At first is being a bit chaotic, but I hope that I have left this year cosniga be able to instill greater speed offensive gesture.

Lesson 1: Broncos yes, but fair.
As I said before, this year I am working with a team of first year Junior's been a great year for me because I'm learning a lot about kids.
The first lesson I learned is that the usual fights are useless. The kids get upset or pissed off, it discourage, and all those fights you're trying to ginger up the group is or get focus on a goal failing just because they are not designed to work on your mood.
Until this year I used to cut in fights, he believed that if a kid was not doing his job was to give voice, brave subnormal was done ...
As always this is based on what one is nursing along his stage play and as a player I really reacted to the fights, I just pissed me focused. And that was the biggest mistake of all, try to assess my players based on my experience.
Throughout the season I've seen as failed when he tried to get something from them fights and voices, both in training and in matches downtime is even possible that one of the game losing out because it creates a disincentive loop around the kids for a fight in a time-out where there should be reasoned and explilcado just ...
I am now a calmer coach and especially dialogue, I do not think that should be abroncar but upon meeting the basic standards of respect within the team or have players who are not honest in their efforts.
The lesson I have drawn from this is that if a player does not know or do not make any gesture out technical support or to correct system fault is not the main, if not mine and my colleagues past we have not been able to convey.
I think learning is important for a coach, I should have realized before, but possibly my stubborn nature has led me to think he was right always.
worth noting that besides the kids helped me to understand this feminine hand of my assistant, a smart person and as direct as that patient and thoughtful personality perfectly complements my character and makes me fall on my mistakes some regularity.
The stubbornness does not help in a sport where every year we learn from other colleagues and especially the players, we can not forget are the basis most important in this sport.
