This year we offer a 4-day retreat in the farmhouse
Mas d `Alerany in Tivissa, Tarragona.
Mas d'Alerany is a XV century restored farmhouse surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and towering mountains of the Serra de Llaberia, just 1 hour from Barcelona.
The withdrawal will have 2 intense daily practice YOGA with JOSE and AMELIE and MASSAGE workshop with XAVIER . In addition, we enjoy nature and good vegetarian food Mary, our cook. open to all levels!
the morning, Amelie will provide a technical and dynamic practice of 2.5 hours, to awaken our inner fire and full of energy. After a good breakfast and free time to stroll and enjoy nature, you will have the option of participating in a workshop to share their knowledge Xavier teaching us some techniques easy and relaxing massage.
In the afternoon, Jose will guide us through a deep practice, relaxing and meditative
2 hours. We will end the day healthy meal and some optional activities.
The price includes the practices of asana, pranayama, meditation, massage workshop accommodation and full board.
